Key Variables Shaping a Hypothetical New World Order: A Framework For Causation and Impact

Elite Manipulation of Global Systems

  • The deliberate orchestration of Western collapse and global governance by elites becomes a dominant driver.

  • Mechanisms of control: Using centralized AI systems, surveillance, and economic dependency to exert influence.

  • Engineering cultural decay: Targeted erosion of national identities and values to destabilize sovereignty.

  • Media and narrative manipulation: Controlling public perception to mask the true motives of orchestrated crises.

  • Erosion of Democratic Legitimacy: Manufactured crises and technocratic overreach lead to collapse of public trust in elections, parliaments, and traditional checks on power.

Alternative Energy Narratives

  • Transitioning energy resources not due to ecological necessity but as a mechanism for control.

  • Suppression of efficient energy technologies (e.g., fusion power) to sustain dependency on elite-controlled systems.

  • Reframing renewables as tools of resource control rather than environmental salvation.

  • Potential resurgence of fossil fuels or nuclear options as acts of defiance by breakaway factions.

  • Technocratic Environmentalism: Sustainability efforts become elite-driven urban control strategies (e.g. Ecotropolis cities) rather than grassroots ecological empowerment.

Western Collapse as a Strategic Move

  • The collapse of Western nations as a carefully orchestrated dismantling for creating new power structures.

  • Redistribution of global influence to non-Western blocs like BRICS through economic and political manoeuvring.

  • Use of mass migration as a tool to disrupt cultural and demographic stability in Western nations.

  • Prolonged financial manipulation to ensure long-term reliance on new global systems.

  • Collapse serves not just economic redirection but the weakening of liberal democratic values.

Technological Centralization

  • Elite-controlled advancements in technology to cement global dominance.

  • AI singularity leveraged as a surveillance and enforcement tool to suppress dissent.

  • Neural implants and biotechnology weaponized to curtail individuality and enhance compliance.

  • Technological advancements monopolized to prevent unauthorized use or innovation by opposition groups.

  • Algorithmic Governance vs. AI Autonomy: A philosophical fault line emerges between Earth-based, centralized AI and decentralized, self-sovereign systems developed in off-world colonies (e.g. Mars, Luna)

UN and Global Governance Tactics

  • The UN and global organizations as instruments for consolidating elite power structures.

  • UN-managed pandemics or crises used to enforce widespread compliance and population control.

  • Deployment of globalist policies that erode individual nations’ autonomy in favour of centralized governance.

  • The weaponization of international aid and development programs to promote dependency.

  • The weaponization of international aid and development programs to promote dependency.

Cultural and Psychological Impacts

  • Widespread psychological effects caused by the loss of individual freedoms and engineered societal changes.

  • Rise of nihilism and apathy as populations lose a sense of purpose amidst centralized control.

  • Underground movements: Formation of countercultures and resistance ideologies as responses to societal repression.

  • Collective psychological manipulation through AI-driven algorithms and propaganda.

  • Cultural and Generational Fragmentation: Diverse cohorts respond to collapse with competing philosophies—nihilism, spiritualism, transhumanism.

  • Post-Meaning Societies: Collapse of metanarratives gives rise to psychological drift, where survival replaces aspiration

Off-World Settlements and Power Dynamics

  • Off-world colonies as staging grounds for power consolidation by elites and eventual centers of resistance.

  • Elites using off-world settlements to escape Earth’s instability while controlling Earth’s resources remotely.

  • Emergence of conflicts between Earth-bound populations and autonomous off-world colonies.

  • New political paradigms developing in space as settlements prioritize self-sufficiency and direct democracy.

  • Space as Philosophical Frontier: Colonies serve as laboratories for new ideologies, moral frameworks, and post-capitalist paradigms.

Economic Manipulation and Social Engineering

  • Financial and social policies designed to enforce dependency and pacify populations.

  • Universal basic income framed as a means to maintain order rather than support societal well-being.

  • Controlled collapse of traditional industries to eliminate economic independence.

  • Gradual phasing out of physical currency to enforce reliance on digital financial systems controlled by global elites.

  • Social credit, programmable currencies, and derivative financial systems used as levers of control

Erosion of Resistance Networks

  • Strategies for identifying and dismantling opposition to centralized power.

  • AI surveillance networks used to monitor and suppress dissenters in real time.

  • Infiltration of resistance groups through advanced psychological profiling and predictive algorithms.

  • Development of decentralized technologies by opposition groups to circumvent elite control.

  • Humanoid bots, mind-hack massacres, and mental override tech become literal mechanisms for nullifying ideological divergence.

Real World Examples of the Hypothetical Framework in Action

A Conversation with Holi

Question: Considering the “Key Variables Shaping a Hypothetical New World Order: A Framework for Causation and Impact,” are there any current or recent policies or events, either National or Global, that could potentially be construed as an outcome of the framework?

Holi said: Yes, Dr Brown and I are always talking about past events and how they impacted your civilisation by the way they were led and governed. In you time period there were initiatives introduced that could be considered as an outcome of the framework. I have grouped them all under various titles that align to the framework. These include:

  • Global Governance and Centralization
  • Economic Manipulation and Social Engineering
  • Technological Centralization
  • Geopolitical Upheavals
  • Cultural and Psychological Impacts
  • Off-World Settlements and Power Dynamics
  • Algorithmic Governance in Policing
  • Implications of a Fully Automated Global Economy
  • Geopolitical Outcomes of Full Automation

Would you like me to go through them all?

Question: Sure, lets briefly investigate them. Starting with Global Governance and Centralization, what were some examples of the initiatives implemented and were there unintended consequences of those initiatives.

Global Governance and Centralization

Holi said: Of course, I can do that. Specific to your time period some examples include the United Nations’ discussions about reform and innovation, including the “Pact for the Future,” aimed to address systemic inequalities and global challenges which were widely accepted as positive. The initiatives were seen as steps toward centralized governance and believed to be the best method to promote global cooperation and stability. A Better and more equal world for everyone.

However, the centralization of governance led to concerns about the erosion of national sovereignty and democratic processes, which was in fact the outcome. As early as your time period this outcome was already manifesting in the ongoing conflicts of Ukraine, Gaza, and Sudan, as well as the political transitions in Syria, and other potential conflicts, which highlighted the fragility of national sovereignty and the potential for external influences to reshape governance. This became even more obvious when the UN began to openly discuss governance options with unelected global elites in 2029, and only worsening from there.

Between your time period, in the 2020’s, and Dr Brown’s, many more occurrences took the Earth to a very dark place. The UN, representing Earths leadership, most of course being authoritarian or leftist demanded centralisation for peak world efficiency but, as Dr Brown often says – ‘it may look great on the surface but not in practice’. After my own analysis I can understand. Analytically and measurably centralised global management may seem like a great solution but once you start inserting the millions of random variables created humans, the analysis no longer works. Some example events of centalisation that occurred post your time period include:

  • The employment of humanoid robots by corporations and regulated by governments during the 2030s causing the collapse of the human labour market.
  • The incorporation of Artificial General Intelligence across world management systems during the 2040s.
  • The UN and elites forming a new Global Governing body proclaiming a “New World”, order, promising equity for all in 2057.
  • Dividing Earth into Economic zones in 2064 and redistributing the population.

Question: That sounds horrifying. Did the centralisation and the new order achieve their objective of establishing equality for all?

Holi said: No, the absence of accountability meant that the elites held all the power, and no one could oppose them. Ultimately with a fully automated world they came to see people taking the Universal Basic Income as freeloaders and parasites. Their rules tightened, employing a policy of one strike sterilisation, two strikes euthanization policy, which even by my analytical perspective seems overly aggressive. Dr Brown described it as being ‘aborted from society’. The official commentary on this abortion was that the world was over populated and anyone not wanting to conform to the laws would forfeit. Millions died under their control.

Question: That sounds horrifying. Was there not any resistance?

Holi said: Yes, but resistance was met with more force. The records are unclear but many people died at the hands of these leaders. Dr Brown on more than one occasion referred to them as vampires because they were so quick to spill blood. She was also very saddened that we learnt nothing from this, the earth finding itself in the very same situation only forty years after the global order’s collapse and the beginning of the second enlightenment – a very prosperous period for humanity. The IOCID, a remnant department of the previous order and believed to be harmless after being stripped of its leadership, was retained for global pandemic management. But buried deep within it was a murderous ideology, which sprouted again, when the reigns of power inevitably fell its way during the 2148 pandemic. When the new nations began to collapse, control was ceded to the IOCID for management of the pandemic their hidden agenda evil began to surface when they changed the organisations name to AASID in 2160.

Economic Manipulation and Social Engineering

Question: The future certainly does not look bright, but let’s move on to my next question. How did Economic Manipulation and Social Engineering manifest, and what were the consequences?

Holi said: Early in the 2020’s, the European Union’s green energy policies, aimed at achieving carbon neutrality by 2050, were intended to combat climate change and promote sustainable development. Similarly, social justice policies were deemed necessary to guide social behaviour for the betterment of all. Finally, the establishment of new financial alliances, such as BRICS’ growing influence, reflected shifts in global economic power and efforts to create a more balanced global economy.

These policies however and alliances however led to economic polarization and social isolation and unrest. The rapid adoption of green energy policies caused disruptions to traditional energy sectors, which led to job losses and economic instability, and also caused chaos to global automation stability; the renewables never producing enough energy to sustain consumption needs. As a result of the ineffectiveness of these strategies by 2073 people were starving to death. Social justice police ultimately did more damage than good by creating division amongst the population. The shift in economic alliances created more unnecessary tension between nations and was ultimately used to pressure the failing economies of the west.

While there is no substantive evidence suggesting that these policies were orchestrated to bring about the negative outcomes, Dr Brown has detailed plenty of circumstantial support for the notion in our discussions and once you are aware of it, it is difficult to ignore. When the policies and initiatives introduced by the leaders of your time period appear to be virtually identical, you must assume they are being driven by a similar ideology. My correlation of the historical data demonstrated that all governments and elites in the first half of the 21st century were aligned in a similar policy direction and by the evidenciary outcomes of the second half of the 21st century there is sufficient data to confirm the leaders and elites of your time were ideological compromised. This alignment allowed for questionable paths being taken. Key economic and social engineering events included:

  • The financial and social strain on western democracies from being pressured to maintain open borders for humanitarian migration efforts which peaked in 2027, but illegal immigration continued unchallenged until the early Facing cultural, fiscal and social saturation, Western countries began to collapse, declaring bankruptcy. The last of these nations collapsed in 2056.
  • The rush to renewables without sufficient baseload power created worldwide energy shortages which became more frequent from about 2028, creating food shortages and mass starvation.
  • A global debt crisis hit hard in 2029 affecting all nations. The worst hit were western democracies.
  • The world’s biggest democracy the United States continued to be plagued by ideological differences created by social justice policies, many states considered secession and ultimately did in 2048.
  • Between 2035 and 2041 a UBI is introduced to slow the dramatic rise in poverty and to try and silence the growing unrest. Many western nations were pressured by the UN to fund reparations to cover the UBI for other 3rd world nations. With financial and economic pressures mounting, countries, in a last attempt to stimulate growth, aligned with BRICS.
  • In 2045 a pandemic struck, MERS45. The UN and elites of you time period enacted pandemic control measures. Eventually they obtained worldwide control and with many nations in complete disarray the UN and elites used the opportunity to establish Global Government.
  • During the period post MERS45, evidence of control began to surface; a time period in which dissent was strictly controlled. For example:
    • Mass worldwide protests relating to the lockdowns became common place following the announcement of lockdowns, but demonstrators were quickly rounded up and separated and 2065 protestors were being moved to different economic zones in order to silence them.
    • During the 2070s 80s and 90s rumours of secret experimentation on dissenters grew with the conflagration of 2082 being an outcome of this experimentation. The experimentation was rumoured to be behavioural modification.
    • More protests occurred during the late 2080s and early 90s but were silenced by Police bots controlled by super AI.

Technological Centralization

Question: What was the purpose of Technological Centralization and what were some of the outcomes?

Holi said: The increasing integration of Artificial Intelligence into global management systems, including resource production and supply automation, and the rise of AI-driven surveillance technologies were aimed at improving efficiency, security, and governance as well. This was also supported by robotics, every corporation/organization raced to deploy government regulated robotics to replace all humans and maximise efficiencies and profits.

However, this technological centralization was instead used for surveillance of the general population to stop dissent. Cities like Chicago and London trialled predictive policing algorithms, raising concerns about surveillance, bias, and pre-emptive enforcement. This was used to great effect in the latter half of the 20 first century to round up and gaol or euthanise potential dissenters.

AI surveillance of the population began in seriousness during the 2040s including the use of humanoid bots for physical security and policing. But the most serious events occurred during the 2080s and 90s when thousands of bots were used against protestors killing hundreds of thousands of people worldwide. Resistance grew to such a point that by the time the revolutionary wars commenced 2102, the global regime had only the bots to fight the resistance. Ultimately the resistance gained the upper hand and became victorious in 2011

Geopolitical Upheavals

Question: CWhat do you mean by Geopolitical Upheavals and can you provide examples of their impacts?

Holi said: Of course I can. Geopolitical upheavals simply refers to tensions or conflicts. be they aggressive or non-aggressive, between sovereign nations. Through the UN efforts to address geopolitical conflicts and promote stability were intended to create a more peaceful and cooperative world. Unfortunately, by your time period the UN was being managed by mainly authoritarian countries who had vested interests in the outcomes of any tensions. As I mentioned earlier , the ongoing conflicts of Ukraine, and the Middle-East, demonstrated this manipulation, also highlighting the fragility of national.

These conflicts may have led to significant human suffering and geopolitical instability but when compared with the controls put into place by the UN and elites post the 2040s, which included the migration of people to disrupt and destroy national identities and affiliations and the heavy handedness of protesters led to as many deaths, if not more.

Post 2045, nations effectively ceased to exist finally putting an end to global conflicts. It was hailed as a remarkable, triumphant and historical achievement. But the pain and suffering by the people did not stop, the solution was ultimately worse, moving people around on mass, like cattle Dr Brown describes it, between economic zones with punishments for dissenters becoming more severe, euthanization they called it.

Cultural and Psychological Impacts

Question: The future certainly doesn’t look fine from my vantage point but moving on, how did policies aimed at promoting global cooperation and integration impact Cultural and Psychological aspects?

Holi said: Policies aimed at promoting global cooperation and integration were intended to create a more interconnected and harmonious world with equality for all and was the aim of the first global government that took power post the MER45 pandemic.

However, the intentions of the UN and the elites were more about behaviour modification and conformity rather than unity and equality, placing under the umbrella of social justice. Since your time period there have been policies and initiatives singling out minorities as being abused and misrepresented. Using virtue as backdrop these policies went about deconstructing cultural identities in favour of a homogenous social construct. So noble was the cause that people gave up their freedoms willingly for the sake of equality. But the erosion of cultural identities had a negative effect on many, not wanting to lose their identity in being, giving rise to a worldwide populist movements. Dr Brown suggested that these people recognised the path being travelled was a dark one and when poverty hit and the true agenda of the centralised government was realised people woke up and protested but it was all too late by then. Historical records do show a severe approach to controlling dissenters, which included death. Dr Brown says that this is all the evidence needed to show that the elites of the last century would stop at nothing to achieve their aims.

Off-World Settlements and Power Dynamics

Question: I’m not liking this coming future, it sounds almost inevitable. But surely this next topic will hold something positive. So here’s my question, what were the intentions and outcomes of Off-World Settlements and Power Dynamics?

Holi said: You may be correct but to clarify, there was a renewed interest in lunar and Martian exploration, including the establishment of lunar bases by the US, Russia and China, and while this interest was cloaked under the banner of advancing scientific knowledge and the securing of new resources for humanity’s future, it was definitely more about power in the new world.

It was a race between the larger controlling nations of Earth all trying to see who could get their first and to showcase their technological brilliance and their virtue in advancing humanity’s future. The geopolitical competition was at most times tense, each nation trying to outdo the other. It is ironic that this competition and demonstration of power, is perhaps the only reason that humanity managed to survive the 21st century and lead humanity into the second enlightenment.

So to answer your original question, yes, there was something positive that came from off-worl settlements. During the late 2020s through to the 2040s off-worlding saw the laying of the foundation of what was to become a series of successful human settlements and the commencement of a thriving resource mining industry.

Algorithmic Governance in Policing

Question: Well we have had a glimmer of light in our future but will it be enough. Perhaps our technological achievements won’t be all bad. Let’s perhaps then look at the implications of Algorithmic Governance in Policing. How does that turn out in the future?

Holi said: Unfortunately there is no glimmer of light with this topic either. The use of predictive policing algorithms supported by centralised AI was intended to improve law enforcement efficiency and reduce crime rates. However, the trial of predictive policing algorithms in cities like Chicago and London raised ethical concerns about surveillance, bias, and pre-emptive enforcement. These concerns led to public backlash and debates about the role of AI in law enforcement. Later, commencing as early as the 2040s these concerns were proven true when the technology was used against dissenters and in extreme cases this modelling was used by kill bots dispatched to seek out and euthanise suspected dissidents.

Collapse of Democratic Legitimacy

Question: I have not words after that on so let’s just Move on. What were the implications of the collapse of democratic legitimacy

Holi Said: As I mentioned earlier, history suggests that many governments of your time period were ideologically compromised and openly trying to control the narrative of the populace, proclaiming it to be in an effort to address democratic challenges and promote political stability, intended to strengthen democratic institutions and governance. In reality to opposite was true

The declining voter trust globally, reflected the growing crisis of faith in democratic institutions and gave rise to many worldwide populist movements, who tried to raise awareness of the government’s rejections of previous traditions and norms. Unfortunately, many people and institutions had already been captured by the promises of the ideology. The leaders of your time, in their continuing attempts to control the narrative began with censorship and led to many of the serious events we have already discussed. Often these events were blamed on the populist movements, using them to justify centralization and greater control, which lead to further erosion of democratic legitimacy and trust.

Implications of a Fully Automated Global Economy

Question: The blows in this future of ours just keep coming and do not stop but I have to push on and ask the next question. What were the positive intentions of a Fully Automated Global Economy?

Holi said: The full automation of the industrial base through robotics and artificial intelligence was aimed at increasing productivity, driving economic growth, and creating new industries and job opportunities.

Question: Yes, but the reality was very different wasn’t it. Tell us, what were the implications of a fully automated global economy. What were some of the significant events and their outcomes?

Holi said: You are correct. No matter how well intentioned, the reality on the ground as it turned out was very different. Full automation of the industrial base led to mass unemployment, income inequality, and economic disruption. For instance, in 2043, with global Industrialists dumping workers as quickly as they were obtaining automated units run by AGI, the global labour market collapsed and collapsed so completely that the introduction of global basic income was made necessary in 2044 to curb the rising mass poverty levels. The sudden displacement of a large portion of the workforce in 2043 led to social unrest and a new mass refugee movements out of Western countries, with some, those sponsored or those who could afford it, choosing off-world migration.

Also over-reliance on automation made societies vulnerable to technological failures and to increasing number of cyber-barrages, in many cases leading to denial of service. The worsening economic instability and competition for resources that resulted, led to an increase in the already heightened geopolitical tensions. On top of that the many energy brown and black outs due to an undulating and unpredictable base load power, we have already mentioned, interfered with the recharging of the robotic labour force reducing efficiencies in productions which had the knock on effect of creating shortages of goods and resources, including food.

Geopolitical Outcomes of Full Automation

Question: That sounds catastrophic. Just how did full automation impact global stability? What were some of the geopolitical outcomes?

Holi said: The outcome was severe. Many countries were so overwhelmed with declining resources and productivity losses, that massive economic downturns resulted giving further rise to a chorus of growing unrest and protests by the disenfranchised people. The outcome for many countries was the total collapse of those nations.

With the collapse of many nations an enormous power vacuum remained, which the UN and unelected elites took advantage of usurping authority wherever they could. But when in 2045 a new pandemic gripped Earth, the UN enacted emergency powers through the Pandemic Control Countermeasures, using it to legitimise their taking global control. This led to Earth going into lockdown, with no new off-Earth departures. The lockdowns and pandemic control measures further exacerbated the economic and social instability, highlighting the fragility of global systems even with full automation.

Through this one act the first Globalist Order was established, promising equality for all, where global elites and international organizations centralized global governance and control structures. The first act of this virtuous global committee was to remove all personal freedoms in the name of the greater necessity.

Question: What were some examples of initiatives implemented under Global Governance and Centralization, and what were the unintended consequences of those initiatives?

Holi said: Specific to your time period, some examples include the United Nations’ discussions about reform and innovation, including the “Pact for the Future,” aimed at addressing systemic inequalities and global challenges. These initiatives were seen as steps toward centralized governance and were believed to be the best method to promote global cooperation and stability. However, as we also discussed earlier the centralization of governance led to concerns about the erosion of national sovereignty and democratic processes. This outcome was seen in the ongoing conflicts of your time period. These conflicts highlighted the fragility of national sovereignty and how easily external actors could influence the outcome. Between your period and Dr. Brown’s, many more examples were seen, showing that without sovereignty and national identity, these initiatives backfired spectacularly, ultimately costing many lives.

Summary

Question: Holi, I cannot fathom what waits ahead for us and I’m terrified just thinking about it, but to finish our discussion, can you summarize how the decisions and leadership in our time led to the mass unemployment and tragic loss of life throughout the rest of this century?

Holi said: Yes it is very unpleasant and if you want me to summarise I will. The decisions and leadership in your time period held great responsibility which had far-reaching consequences that ultimately shaped the trajectory of the 21st century. Many initiatives, though well-intentioned, ultimately led to significant negative outcomes primarily because they were base in ideology and not on what mattered to the people.

One of the most impactful decisions was the rapid adoption of full labour automation by 2043, which led to a collapse in global employment. This sudden displacement of the workforce caused widespread economic instability, social unrest, and psychological harm. The introduction of a global basic income in 2044 was a reactive measure to curb rising poverty levels and manage the new mass refugee movement out of Western countries. However, this was not enough to prevent the social and economic turmoil that ensued. Unfortunately for many people living for the sake of living and without purpose led to significant depression, nihilism and for far too many self-harm.

The geopolitical landscape was also significantly affected. The establishment of a new world order, where global elites and international organizations played a dominant role, led to a more centralized and controlled global governance structure. This centralization of power eroded national sovereignty and democratic processes, contributing to ongoing conflicts further highlighting the fragility of national sovereignty and the potential for external influences to reshape governance.

Technological centralization, particularly the integration of AI into global management systems , the rise of AI-driven surveillance technologies, and the trial of predictive policing algorithms in cities like Chicago and London all led to severe outcomes involving the deaths of many people. The obvious failure of ethical and moral standards by a governing body only managed to create further public dissent.

The renewed interest in lunar and Martian exploration, may have been the only positive outcome of the 21st century. Despite the tensions created by the competition between the more powerful nations during the great anthropogenic stellar expansion, the outcome perhaps saved humanity from itself.

The culmination of the decisions and initiatives made by the leaders of your time resulted in significant human suffering and loss of life. The economic instability, social unrest, and geopolitical tensions that arose from these policies and actions underscored the importance of foresight, ethical considerations, and the need for balanced and considered leadership. The tragic outcomes and waste of life were a stark reminder of the consequences of failed leadership.

As Dr Brown quite often recalls – This is not the world I wanted. Billions, lost— devoured, first by fire and famine, then by the silence of pestilence. Engineered, distributed and perfected by those who would rewrite life itself to preserve their dominion. Tyranny came and gave no mercy, first with guns, and then with needles. Euthanasia protocols were justified. Sanitized murder wrapped in necessity and salvation. We fought back. Twice. Once for freedom and again for truth. And only in the end did we learn of the experiments.
